Your Marketing Manager

Having an experienced, degreed marketing manager is something previously reserved for the larger dealerships. Budgeting for a full-time marketing manager plus expenses made it difficult for smaller dealerships to justify.

Keeping this person busy all day, five days a week could be a chore. Now you CAN have a marketing manager working with you to help achieve your marketing and sales initiatives, without the dramatic expenses.

In order to offer the best service, I limit the number of dealerships that employ my regular services, but I have the capacity to work exclusively with two more dealerships as your marketing manager to develop your marketing plan and initiatives, build your brand awareness, and drivie demand and increase sales.  Services I typically provide that are included in your monthly retainer:

  • Production of your eMail Marketing program. I can produce it monthly or semi-monthly, as you deem appropriate to your needs.
  • Website content management and Search Engine Optimization. I keep your website professional, free of clutter and full of useful content. If we decide to build a new site, I will make it happen, from site layout and site mapping to content generation; it will be managed professionally.
  • Social Media site management. I manage the brand and content of all your social media websites (YouTube,Google Plus, Facebook, Linkedin etc...)
  • Production of sales materials. One of the biggest sins I see committed by dealerships is poor sales materials. Flyers with the megaphone stick man are a thing of the past. Do you want a flyer promoting PM service?  Send me an email and forget about it; it will be done. My services also include production of PowerPoint presentations and videos to promote your dealerships products, equipment and services.
  • Advertising. I will make sure all of your ads, whether in a local newspaper, college sports program or banner at a ballpark, are consistent with your image and brand initiatives.
  • Strategy. I personally visit your dealership at least once a year to sit down and discuss your goals and initiatives to ensure you develop a plan to achieve them from a marketing perspective.
  • Advice. You are flooded with requests to "advertise here" or "place a banner on our..." etc... Whatever it is, sales or marketing related, you have an experienced marketing professional to help you make decisions.

My personal experience spans from personal selling, to branch management of a fortune 500 transporation leasing company, to corporate marketing manager for a leading forklift dealership. Having someone on staff that understands the links between marketing and running a business is a great benefit to you and your dealership. So what's all this cost?  A LOT less than you would think.
